Events are not interchangeable. The final quote covers the agreed event, equipment, setup, planning, travel, and service as one complete price instead of turning every need into another add-on.

Yes. Radio Plett will travel anywhere. Local Ionia-area events generally do not incur travel charges; travel outside the local area is calculated and included in the written quote. Long-distance events may also require overnight accommodations.

Start with the availability form. Once the scope and quote are approved, a signed agreement and 20% nonrefundable retainer reserve the date. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event.

Yes. Outdoor setups require a safe overhead shelter, a dry and stable setup area, and reliable power. Performance may pause or stop if weather creates a danger to people or equipment; the signed agreement contains the complete weather terms.

A typical setup needs approximately 12 by 12 feet, reasonable loading access, and at least one dedicated 15-20 amp circuit within 50 feet. Two separate circuits are preferred when lighting needs are substantial.

Absolutely. For non-wedding events, song requests are accepted on the spot. For weddings, the bride and groom receive separate ceremony and reception questionnaires so the music and key moments can be tailored to them. Guest requests during the wedding are accepted when approved by the bride and groom.

Yes. Radio Plett carries liability insurance, and backup equipment is available if needed. All equipment planned for the event is checked beforehand to verify it is in working order. If an uncontrollable situation prevents Adam from performing, reasonable efforts will be made to secure replacement entertainment; otherwise, the performance fee is refunded as described in the agreement.

Projection is not part of the standard setup, but it can be arranged when your event needs it. The required equipment and cost will be determined after your inquiry and finalized in the quote provided to you.
