- Your venue information and any timeline from your planner.
- Names and pronunciations for people being introduced.
- Song titles and artists for the moments you've already planned. Include the version and any start or fade-out cues.
- Music you want to hear, music to avoid, and whether you'd like guest requests.
No need to choose every song before you start. Leave optional traditions blank, or tell me you'd like help choosing. Use Save in either form to continue later, and keep your personal resume link private.
Your signed agreement and Square invoice remain the record of your booking and payment terms. Submitting a questionnaire does not reserve a date or change your booked services.
